General Warnings and Conditions of Sale:

It is up to you to ensure your drawer mounting
will carry the contents you place into the drawer.

Kitchen cabinet designs vary widely.
General mounting guidelines will be included with your drawer
shipment but situations may require you the Buyer to deal with custom
mounting. It depends on
the features of the bottom of your existing cabinet or table. Of
course drilled holes and screws will
be necessary to mount these Dropping Drawers. The Drawers mounting
effort is roughly similar to
mounting a coffee maker or a stereo under a cabinet. It is up to you the
customer to review and
plan the entire mounting situation for your specific kind of cabinet or table.

It is up to you to ensure that the drawer
dimensions you specify will not interfere with anything
(i.e. wall outlets, wall switches, table legs, etc.)

Variations in color (esp. wood finish), wood
grain, wood texture, etc.
are expected. Ordering drawers in sets will help minimize the variation.

Only Continental USA orders are being accepted
at this time.

Note that sides, back, bottom, and inside of
drawers are unfinished wood.

The photos on this website show customizations
(e.g. the knife rack inside of a drawer, or the
silverware holder pegs, etc..) but such features are NOT included with the
drawers.

All dimensions are to be specified by the
customer to within 1/8" and manufacture will accurate to 1/8".
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
Any and all liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of a drawer
(less shipping) for up to 1 year. Drawers documented to be defective
in materials or workmanship (as judged solely by Holdgate Enterprises, Inc.)
will be repaired or replaced for up to 1 year. In case of such claim,
write to
eholdgate@tampabay.rr.com with your concerns first, and ONLY return drawers
when you have obtained from us a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.
Under no circumstances are drawer removal or installation charges included in
any prices quoted on this website or under RMA.
